  The hotel is newly refurbished, with modern/design furniture. The room isn't wide but fair for the Paris downtown area (old historical buildings). Very clean and full of free of charge amenities like minimal, WiFi, films and internet on tv. The best was the wonderful service, really kind and full of attention by the receptionist: Mr. Hasan (I beg ... what people say » you pardon insurance if the name is not correct!). Was impressive to us the warm welcome received, not really usual in Hotel. Sincerely Thanks to Mr. - The staff were really excellent - incredibly friendly and approachable, and helpful in every way. Really lovely people who were doing their best to help and make sure you had the most comfortable stay. Cannot recommend them enough. The hotel itself is a little on the small side, but the location is excellent and close to Metro, sightseeing, shopping, etc. Minibar (non-alcoholic) was also included in the room cost. I hope I get to return there some day, I really enjoyed myself.

  A super place to stay if you like Bastille and Marais. And the appartment was perfect for my daughter and I. We have used this hotel 6 times! And the staff is very helpful - Very clean, homelike room with kitchen facilities, close to the metro station and to all attractions in Marais area. Would come again.

  nice homely atmosphere, with unique and funky interior decor - every room is individual and based on natural themes (ours was aubergine, everything was purple). We had the junior suite (the largest room on each floor) which was a reasonable size for a local Paris hotel. The staff were friendl and helpful, and the food in their restaurent, although - Good, safe neighborhood. 1 minute away from small metro stop, 5 minutes away from major metro stop. Very comfy beds. EXCELLENT staff at front who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Always felt safe there. Also, adorable puppy who is at the front desk most of the time... Brightened my day!

They even have a first aid kit for us when my wife fell down when we were out and had to nurse her wound back at the hotel. Breakfast was generous.   The staff was exceptionally helpful and all spoke English. It was right next to the metro station and on the main metro line - very easy to travel anywhere. The price was very inexpensive for Paris, and the rooms were very clean, modern, spacious, etc. It is in Bastille, and it is a very exciting part of town.
