The hotel was very clean even though the room was not very large. Breakfast was really nice and we had a nice view from our room. - I really liked the location of the hotel and its easy access to train station and champs elysse.It is ideally situated.

On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. Room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable.It was very handy to have separate wc/bathroom and although we didn't use it, the kitchenette with microwave was an added bonus. Also, very handy for Porte Maillot bus terminal. -

The staff were all extremely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to offer help whenever needed. The location was superb. Few yards from the Champs Elysees and the Arc D' Triomphe. Also close the the city tour buses and the metro station. Other positives are: it's is a brand new hotel. Very clean and very quiet. -
