  The staff was exceptionally helpful and all spoke English. It was right next to the metro station and on the main metro line - very easy to travel anywhere. The price was very inexpensive for Paris, and the rooms were very clean, modern, spacious, etc. It is in Bastille, and it is a very exciting part of town.   Location exactly suited our needs - <200m from two different metro staions on 2 lines. Lively road with shops - supermarket on corner. 10-15 min walk to Gare de Lyon. Apartment nicely appointed in traditional french style. Excellent double glazing - opposite a night club and couldn't hear a thing!

  Apartment was very clean, and although not huge, had plenty of space for two adults and kids aged 10 & 7. Great kitchen and separate lounge/dining area with nice little juliet balconies looking out on to the street. Fab lively area with lots of bars and restaurants.   Stayed here for 5 nights with two teenage kids. This was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. The street and neighborhood were quiet (then again it was in the middle of August in Paris). The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.   Plenty of hot water; room was a decent size. - The room was quiet, clean and contained everything necessary (even a TV that was not!). Proximity to Gare de Lyon was the main reason of my choice.
