what people saymahal, that is a horrid place the food was cold - Reasonable price, good location (5 min by foot from the walking district), friendly English speaking staff, clean room and bathroom and efficient cleaning service, free WLAN (great!), comfortable bed and pillow, breakfast good in French standards (although not included in the price).
