The staff were excellent, we went to find accomodation for my daughter for university in Bordeaux, after having no luck the hotel offered student rates and we were able to leave her secure and comfortable . - It's location is excellent!

I love this hotel stayed twice now, and it is very good, also they have free parking that is good for me, would stay again and again very clean and comfortable, the staff are very freindly and called us a taxi as it was raining and we didnt want to wak into the center that is only a 10 min walk, do not go though to the Indian restuarnat called Taj
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » mahal, that is a horrid place the food was cold - Reasonable price, good location (5 min by foot from the walking district), friendly English speaking staff, clean room and bathroom and efficient cleaning service, free WLAN (great!), comfortable bed and pillow, breakfast good in French standards (although not included in the price). Overall, I liked my stay very much. In quality the place corresponds to ***+/**** hotels.

The hotel was centrally located - but quiet quarter at night. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Room, bed linen and shower etc very clean. Bed comfortable. -
Friendly welcome, and, luckily, a lift as we were on level four. Reading lights.

Hotel is old but large airy room with small ensuite. Slept well and
adequate continental b/fast. No lift so gd exercise gettings bags to
room. Took bus from airport to end of its route and were directed to the
tourist office. Easy walk from there to hotel. Bordeaux is a beautiful
city and very clean. Noticeably less butts and rubbish. Took an hour

minibus tour of city from tourist office which was ex value of money.
Would have stayed longer if we could have.
Rbbish. -
we stayed in Le Dauphin and wanted an extra night as our train was cancelled, as there wasnt any availability the staff helped us find another hotel and really went beyond the call of duty, thank you!

The hotel's location is the huge advantage. Even though it was located on a pedestrian street parking a car was never a headache. The room was stylish, quite and comfortable (even though not being big) with a modern bathroom. The staff was extremely welcome and pleasant to deal with. A must-stay hotel in Bordeaux centre in terms of value for money

The rooms! They are individually unique and well kept.
The staff! Amazing and warm welcome from them. Very accommodating.
The location! Accessible from the city tram (if you are coming by train) and there are lots of shops, restos and other interesting places to visit.

Quiet for a good nights sleep, staff was very helpfull whenever I inquired about anything like where to eat.Young lady there when I signed in even carried my big suitcase up the stairs. Easy walking distance to city centre and restaurants. -
