  Amazing hotel. The staff were fantastic: polite, friendly, eager to help. They got tickets for us to go to the Louvre on request. Very eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible.   This is a very nice hotel! The location is great, 2 mins walk to Champs Elysees. Rooms are clean and nice. Customer service and reception - exceptional! We arrived to the hotel at 11 a.m. and were provided with a room straight away, although the check-in time is 15.00.
