The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made all of our dinner and show reservation even when we had to shift them a few time. A smile was always there. Location of the hotel is just FANTASTIC. A few min to all the major streets like the Champ and George 5 and the metro. Thank you we will definitely be back!!!. Brilliant location. You are a in the centre of the CDL and a ten minute walk from the more prestige stores. The Hotel has Free Wifi Clean, cute room, great bathroom and shower. If you are not spending too much time in the room this is a perfect hotel. And great value too.

Location is perfect.50m from champs and 100 from metro george V.room is very nice ...not really a 4 star from my standard.if you want to visit paris I would really reccomend this for the location/price report. Loved the interior decoration. The location was fantastic and easily found by taxi's. As English speakers we had no difficulty conversing with the staff. Location was excellent, underground only few hundreds meter from hotel, also all restaurants, shops just in the corner. Breakfast was good. The room was a bit disappointing, deluxe double bedroom was tiny, with no extra furniture, missed chairs to sit down and relax. Terrible service, the receptionists were all ignorant and the last one when we tried to check out didn't even speak english and didn't try to understand what we were saying at all! Too expensive, too small, too unfriendly people.
