  We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing. The rooms were good as well, the beds were a little bit small, but comfortable. I enj... what people say » oyed everything. and my speacial thanks to the friendly staff of the hotel. - Loved the decor in the room - really nice! Bonus was finding a little lift to get there in! Staff were friendly and helpful - definately recommend to others.

  One of the front office staff, Vanessa Lopes, provided fabulous customer service and made my stay wonderful. She helped me to change rooms to one with a more spacious floor plan.
