One of the front office staff, Vanessa Lopes, provided fabulous customer service and made my stay wonderful. She helped me to change rooms to one with a more spacious floor plan. She was attentive and always helpful wiht whatever service issue I needed assistance with. (+) In general, the quality of the hotel, the modern interior design and very nice rooms. The friendship of all staff it was fantastic (Miss Elena and Miss Vanessa are very nice and kind). The location it is great, near the bus station and metro "Pigalle". The breakfast it is also ok. (-) The rooms are small and at the night it is a noisiness street because the bars and discos.
all reviews » The hotel location, although in the sex district, was conveniently located enabling easy access to the tourist sites of Paris and shopping at the large department stores. The hotel had been recently renovated therefore the room and hotel faciltiies were very clean. The rooms were very confortable and newly refurbished. The rooms were nice, redone. The bathrooms were a good size, and the beds comfortable. Our room was big, with two twin beds, but we saw some of the others rooms with a double bed, and they were really small. Nice,Big,Comfortable,Warm,Room(Executive), Big bed, Flat TV, Coffee. The hotel was fine and great value. The Hotel is beautiful inside,. very near to the metro. room is big though the bath is slightly small. Only book this hotel through LetsBookHotel.com and look for big discounts. One of the front office staff, a man whom I did not get his name, was an absolute rude bore, a stereotypical French (Parisian) service staff who has absolutely no idea what "customer service" means. If he has such a lack of interest in providing service to his customers he should be offerred the door and take a job in another industry. Being in Pigalle, I wouldn't have wanted to stay here if I had been alone, although I did feel safe walking around the area with a friend.It was perfect for the price we paid through booking.com.It would have been far too expensive for the actual price. The elevator was tiny and very old and there was a lot of noise. Not from outside, but from the hall and the other rooms.Very Basic Breakfast, Location not very good with many strip bars and sex shops, however no problem with safety.Location Not Very Central. the hotel's website is less than candid about its precise location. The hotel is close to L'Opera in the same way that anywhere in Paris is close to Eiffel Tower. Everey guest we met was surprised to be staying opposite Club Mucha (flesh on display) and next to Rabbit Private Shop.The location is not suitable for this hotel.I checked out after 1 night .It was a red light district.you were hassled while out walking. my room smelled rather strongly of paint.The neighborhood, Pigalle, was not the best. There was a lot of sex shops etc on the street. Going up to the rooms. The building is quiet small and the hall ways a bit dark and narrow.Noisy outside and thin walls, however for an "excutive" room it was quite small. we booked a twin room with two beds,were givenjust one double bed on the first night.it was not a nice area. We were offered a room which had smoker as a previous guest in it, despite the hotel having a non smoking policy including all rooms. Location can be offending to some people, but nice restaurants are nearby. No free internet.broken shower in my room- brothel 2 doors down. Not as close to Opera as name would imply!. The location was a shock - it was in the red light district of Paris right next to a night club and sex shops - no mention of this on your website. The walls were paper thin and the occupants seemed to party all night making our stay a nightmare. The noise from the street was also keeping us awake with a night club opposite blaring music until the early hours. The experience ruined our trip.
