Loved the balcony, provided great recomendation for dinner. Greaaattttt Hotel. The hotel was entirely well suited to my needs - good bed, good shower and close access to the metro. Breakfast is minimal but adequate. Staff friendly, excellent location. good location and clean rooms. We came to the hotel for 4 days long trip to see the Paris. The location of the hotel is perfect. It was only 3 minutes to the metro, about 15 minutes walking to Sacre Coeur. There were a lot of restaurants around. The towels were changed every day, the bed was maked also every day. I liked the hotel very much. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.all reviews »

The hotel was fairly comfortable but there were a few snagging points namely the headboard came off and the shower flooded the bathroom floor and it was in a fairly noisey part off Paris so if you are looking for somewhere quiet this might not suit. Because of flooding of certain rooms I was put in a different hotel, which was not of the same quality.Good Location. Location. this is I hope last time I stayed in so dirty hotel!!!!. I wanted to have a twin room but I ended up with a double bed. I needed to call a head to request the twin.small lift. There was only a small lift, but anyways we could enter with my wife and two suitcases - we are quite slim :-). We have no balcony/view to the street, but on the other hand there was no noise from the street, so we could sleep very well. There was a bit of mould in the bathroom. The central heating was not working, there was only electric heater, but we were not freezing, I think it was OK.No hot boiled drinking water available. night porter very rude man, would make me not want to go back. conditioner!!!!!. There isn't an air-conditioner in rooms.Some of the hotel was a little dated, but the renovations taking place will presumably remedy this. The lift was quite small but that was not a real problem. The lift was out of order for about 24 hours.rooms need a bit of a makeover but was adequate and value for money. A little too noisy at night.The floors weren't very clean.. and the shower did not have courtain so the floor was very wet after a shower. i dont advise if you will go with your family because Pigale is a RedLight town. Breakfast is bad. No shower curtain in the bathroom. We encountered 3 members of staff at the check in desk. One of them was not friendly. The other 2 were friendly. The Hotel staff could not accomodate if you did not fit within their rules. triple room was small. The room was small but after all ... you don't go to Paris to spend your time in the hotel room!. no kettle provided can't making a cup of tea and the room is a bit small. a little noise and hot in room. We were given a room on the 6th floor but the lift only went to the 5th floor and we had a baby with pushchair!. Sheets were dirty (still had hair on them!). It was being refurbished and so would have liked a heads-up on that on this website. Good for those who only want a bed to sleep in for a few hours.Weren't allowed to borrow glasses from bar for our room so had to drinkMoet out of plastic ones . . . Everything - it was scruffy, tatty, old and very worn out. I was incredibly dissappointed but luckily it was only for 2 nights. Give it a miss.Too expensive for the kind of serivce and rom provided. cleanliness. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was a flee infested,dirty, filthy building, with extremely ignorant staff. I normally wouldnot fill in this form; however, I would like to save other people theexperience I had in this hotel.
