Proximity to the cathedral was great. My husband and I could walk to it in less than 10 minutes. Although the breakfast was not included, it was worth the cost as it included fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, different breads, as well as scrambled and soft boiled eggs. We would recommend it to anyone who would be interested in visiting Chartres. -

I would strongly recommend this hotel to my friends for it's location, extremely friendly staff and comfort. It feels very chic but sits comfortably in the beautiful city of Chartres, literally by the cathedral

All the staff in mt both reception and house were friendly and helpful, I have stayed here before and would choose to stay again.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpfull. Everything was very smooth from booking in to booking out. - Rooms were clean and comfortable. A restaurant was available and there was also a Buffalo Grill next door. Handy for Chartres although tricky to find at first.

Location was the best part of this hotel. 10-15 minute walk and you're at the cathedral. Also had no issues with getting to the hotel as it's conveniently located on a main road. The Italian restaurant was also good. Staff was very courteous, professional, and spoke English.

Shower! Felt great after a week of small Normandy hotels with handheld showers. Good choices at buffet breakfast. Quite. Parking a plus. Staff helped with getting another rental car, made phone calls, after ours had a flat tire. - Very clean and most of the staff very nice. Most of the service was excellant.
