  Staff were excellent, friendly and helpfull. Everything was very smooth from booking in to booking out. - Rooms were clean and comfortable. A restaurant was available and there was also a Buffalo Grill next door. Handy for Chartres although tricky to find at first.

Also had no issues with getting to the hotel as it's conveniently located on a main road. The Italian restaurant was also good. Staff was very courteous, professional, and spoke English.

  We arrived late and the reception staff still had a welcoming smile for us. All the staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Although I speak some French the staff were more than willing to speak english to us. The breakfast buffet was great and a good variety.   Shower! Felt great after a week of small Normandy hotels with handheld showers. Good choices at buffet breakfast. Quite. Parking a plus. Staff helped with getting another rental car, made phone calls, after ours had a flat tire. - Very clean and most of the staff very nice. Most of the service was excellant.

  Hotel Marmotte is a budget hotel, but a very pleasant one. The room was tiny but for a quick overnight stay, it is all you need. We used their restraurant for breakfast. We chose to walk out to the nearby Courtepaille restaurant for dinner. - Very quiet, free wifi, great (helpful) staff, okay resources (big bed, heater in room, full length mirror, ... what people say » TV).
