We so enjoyed our stay. Old fashioned for the ambiance and modern where it was needed. Such a pleasant change from the anonymous modernity of most hotels. the owners were delightfully helpful and friendly. Very convenient location, comfortable beds, immaculately clean and well decorated, which bearing in mind our visit was at the end of the season

The staff were incredibly helpful and very nice. The location was absolutely perfect and, although the parking was on the street and as you could find it, we managed to get a spot right next to the hotel. The room was very big and lovely. I loved the separate 'walk-in-robe'. Such a gorgeous town, a pity the weather wasn't very good. Definitely a place I will be going back to and this is where I would stay again.

Staff was very accomodating. Since there is no elevator, and I was staying for just one night traveling with a heavy suitcase following a business trip, I was offered a room on a lower floor and the staff carried my bag to the room. The garden was great. The sculpture added a nice touch. The designer touches were evident everywhere, but suitably under-stated. The staff were warm and friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey by English standards, but was actually excellent value compared to other places we tried in Biarritz and environs. -

It was our honeymoon and the roo.s didn't disappoint! We got a free upgrade to a seaside view because it was our honeymoon! The rooms were lovely, ac was brilliant and the staff were great. Parking us right next door for €15 a day. Great location, minutes walk from the beach and brilliant views
