Spotless, spacious comfortable accommodation together with well trained professional staff made this the ideal spot for a weekend break in Biarritz. Our room (505) had a view of the sea and the lighthouse. A special mention for the smiling breakfast room manageress and for the receptionist who graciously acceded to our late checkout request. Thank you both - we will return All in all, great value for the rate paid.

The rooms were lovely, ac was brilliant and the staff were great. Parking us right next door for €15 a day. Great location, minutes walk from the beach and brilliant views. Very good accomodations although the small room you have everything you need. Modern, new, very well decorated. Excelent internet service, strong signal, high speed. Good location. No leaks in the shower. Very friendly staff, particularly the wonderful Georges; our fridge broke and sink got bunged up and he dealt with them really quickly, as well as helping us with other questions. The room was a great size and was decorated in great colours. The view from our room and the hotels location were fantastic.We would definately stay there again. Centrally located. While the hotel's location is very central, there was an excessive level of night time street noise. Opt for a room to the rear if a light sleeper( car park view!). Nothing of note. Only french channel TV (no Sky/BBC News etc); very hot corridors (air conditioining in rooms and other public areas good but corridors were like saunas!). We over looked the car park at back, the barrier made a loud noise late at night. &Amp; tv remote control did not work. Probably the price is not that cheap, but is broadly in line with the average of Biarritz. a bit of noise from the street. The only negative I could find with the hotel is that we were only given one few water for a double room. Breakfast is also pricey. Nothing. Hotel doesn't have own parking - city parking is expensive-15euro per night. The hotel had no where to sit outside which would have been nice, but obviously this was a problem with my hotel selection rather than with the hotel it's self. I don't think breakfast was worth the money. No access to a computer to send e-mails. Why not set up a computer in a corner for guests to use?. Price. No lounge or bar. No bar or lounge. I would think that sea view rooms might not be worth the premium price. Had the stay in Biarritz spoilt by two nights of interrupted sleep way into the early hours. We were on the sixth floor and it still sounded as though people were shouting and skate boarding just outside of the window. This is maybe not the hotel's fault, but it appears that this must be a regular occurrance. If you want a decent nights sleep, I'd pick another location. Very noisy every night from people in the street until 4am!.
