  good location,opposite train terminal and only short walk to city centre. Comfortable, good size room and bathroom. Had tea/coffe facilities which is not commonplace in Europe. - Location of hotel was within walking distance of the town, very pleasent staff with good size rooms.

  The hotel was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Any assistance we required ie location of trips etc, the staff were able to provide this information.The location was so central, you are 5 minute walk from Charles Bridge and Old Town.   Staff is really friendly. You can get all information about the city and available entertainments from the concierge. The location is very close to old town.   I loved this hotel. We got there extremely early and they gave us a room to rest and sleep until our room with a double bed was ready. The buffet breakfast was rich and varied, and the staff were friendly, accommodating and courteous. The location right in front of the metro station was absolutely perfect, as we literally stepped out of the room... what people say » and onto the train. I just loved it! - The hotel was in a perfect location. Subway more or less joined on to the hotel, and these were every couple of minutes into the center. Complimentary wine and chocs on arrival. Room had view over Prague. Couldn't really fault a thing.
