  Close to everything. We had our own balcony, wich was great because we had one smoker among us, and the weather was wonderful while we were in Prague.:) - The receptionists are very nice; the situation of the appartment was very nice and on the city centre. There are very a lot of positive point ;-)

  Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. - The location was perfect, walking distance to Prague castle compound and other attractions. The hotel was quiet and stylish. Staff was nice.

  This hotel is right on the square with incredible views of the Astronomical Clock, Our Lady Before Tyn Church, Christmas Market with its amazing tree and decorated bridge. We had one dinner at their outside (in 20 degrees with snow but with heaters, warm blankets and super glu - Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

  It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price.   It was nice, quiet and clean. The hotel is quite close to the main railway station, there are shops and a big mall in the vicinity. - The mattress was the most comfortable that we had the entire time we were on vacation. I slept better there than anywhere else.
