This is the best accommodation we had during our trip to Europe. The apartment was huge, spotless, bright and had a large balcony and had every facility available. The Manager, Kristine went out of her way to be helpful and when our son required medical assistance, she helped in every way possible, including translating on our behalf. all reviews » Superb location. Very close to everything, shop & restaurant (tgif is just underneath the building, and halal kebab just next to apartement). When you enter the building, it looks dark/old but surprizingly good/modern when we enter the room and very spacious (the largest that we ever had in Europe for the same amount of money). Will use this apartment again if we go back to Prague. Apartment in Prague located in the very heart of the city, within walking distance to the most sights, lots of restaurants, souvenir shops nearby, small supermarket next door. Apartment itself had a balcony with a nice view over roofs of the old houses in city center and domes of cathedrals. Nicely furnished, everything was in good condition. 2 subway stations from central bus station. This may be the best Hotel/Apartment I have ever stayed in. The receptionist was so nice and helpful. Our suite was huge and open with lots of late and a beautiful view. It was equipped with everything we needed and very safe with lots of locks. The price was perfect and it was right in the center of town. It made such a difference for our stay. We had a large (huge) two bedroom apartment (4a) which had a small balcony. The balcony had a great view of the city. The location is absolutely perfect. It is located 100m from Charles Bridge, right in the center of the old town. Location is excellent, if reception to Charles bridge is only 3 mins (1 blocks away) if go from luxury apartment .to old town square . it is just 2 blocks too. The location! We ordered the breakfast, which was OK. It will fill you up, but there is not much to choose from. 1. poor internet connection , arround 3kbs 2. the mircowave and washing machine is not in good condition. There was no kitchen sink plug or cooking utensils/pots & pans. We asked for a plug and got it. We didn't want or need to cook but thought it a bit strange not to have any pots etc in a full kitchen set-up. stair cases are little bit dark ..but they do have lift as well.. It would be better to have a possibility to find an extra blanket in the cupboard when the weather is cool. And would be better to find more bath accessories. Wallet got stolen on the metro to the hotel, but that is hardly their fault. We found out from the hotel manager that another person staying at the hotel had been pick-pocketed earlier that week as well. So watch your wallets!. They were under reform, but we are sure it will be even better when finished!. the bed wasn't very comfirtable the 2 bedroom apartment didn't look like the photos advertised. Kitchen with no dishcloths & washing-up soap and limited utensils. The extra bed. The bathroom is pretty poor for the price of the night. Really a pity. Also, the TV did not work. Also, we could hear all the noise from the other room. Very noisy at night into small hours. Hot water in short supply at busy times. Insufficient water pressure to operate hand shower. Radiator in sitting room stays on all time and in bathroom does not come on at all. A quality electric shower would help a lot. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. The rooms floor was make noises when you walk. No towel change.no shampoo body wash soap etc.. not good kitchen stuffs. And too late breakfast. Also my room bed was soooo bad. No air conditioning in the room though they advertise it. It was very warm outside (+35) and the room was hot! Kitchen was poorly equipped. No microwave and only one plate. No frying pan etc. No problem to us because we didn't cook. This could be problem for some people. location, Clean. Accommodation and facilities poor. Spartan apartment, little furniture and what was in the apartment was of poor quality. Not really great value. Equipment OK. Needs some investment in furniture, beds very thin.
