The hotel is in a great location close to all the attractions and on a small quiet street. The rooms are freshly decorated and have new furniture and are very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a choice of cold meats and cheese with an option inlcuded in the price of freshly cooked eggs, bacon, sausage. The hotel is great value for money and we definitely recommend it to other travellers.

There are many small streets around this area and locals were not able to identify where the street (Liliova) was from the map we printed from letsbookhotel.com We spent over an hour walking trying to find the hotel and in the end had to get a taxi (who ripped us off!). Certainly the location, which is very central. Good value, with 20% discount for in-house guests at the downstairs restaurant. Staff made every effort to be helpful with their (occasional) limited English, which I appreciated. Extensively renovated, and, overall, much better than I expected. Very nice helpful staff at the front desk. The location is great--the location is probably the largest ratings for the good ratings. The location, the reasonable cost, and the nice staff make up for some of the complaints we had about the hotel. Bathrooms were clean and apparently new. The location is perfect. Right near Charles Bridge in the centre of the Old Town. It is just around the corner from the main thoroughfare so is fairly quiet with the double glazing. Breakfast was okay which included a choice of freshly cooked hot dishes. Awesome location, seriously it can get any better and even if the hotel was in the middle of everything, we couldn't hear anything from our room and were able to have a good night sleep. Wi Fi was a quite patchy a lot of the time. Room was small and a bit cramped, but that was understandable, given the age of the building. They told us the night before checking out that they had a temporary technical problem accepting credit cards, and we would need to pay by cash. We told them we couldn't get that much cash together and they found a solution, but, we looked back at other comments and we saw others had this problem. Be warned! The street side has a lot of noise from the street. Also, you can hear floors creaking as people walk in the surround rooms. WiFi was playing up when we stayed but it really didn't bother us as we went to see the city not to be in internet. Some of the food appeared to be not fresh, ie. used leftovers from previous days and boiled eggs were under cooked. The tv set is too small for a comfortable viewing. The carpets although clean were shabby and stained. There were no tea making facilities in the room. in general my room was a bit run down. Room was on the small side. TV channels were limited. Hotel bar shut by 21.00 but lots of local alternates within 60 second walk!!. Carpets were a bit dirty. things got warmer in the fridge than out of it. No complaints. Hotel is located on a small alley which may be hard to find when you want to check in for the first time. I booked their airport transfer which the driver took us right to the hotel doorstep. It's right in Prague City Center which is a benefit, but the street noise at night was a little high. Our room had only a bath and hand-held shower - a shower mounted on the wall (or walk-in) would have been ideal. I missed a stand up shower, that added to the bathtub would improve the overall showering experience. Thicker curtains are also needed, in case one doesn't want to be waken up by daylight. nothing. We have heard almost everything from neighbour rooms.... When we check out receptionist Lady told us they change the credit card terminal and told me go to atm, I just laugh and said it impossible, told her find an another way and she said ok in 3 days( from the card which I use for bokking) your receipt gonna come to your mail, in one day they took the money form my credit card. no parking, I had to wait the receptionist more than 15 minutes in the morning when I was in a great hurry to go to the airport although the paper written in the reception said "I'll come in 10 minutes", the receptionist didn't tell me about the almost empty parking in Avenue Novotny and I lost an hour and half to wait for a place in the full parking under the Opera. The Internet is not very good.. Bath with shower head as opposed to proper shower although bathroom was newly tiled and spotless clean. Staff could be more nice. There was no curtain on window that blocking light so its mean that person who cannot sleep on light wake up on 5.00 a.m evrey morning. Nada a declarar. WIFI is super slow, sometimes didn't work at all Very small room - just enough to walk around beds, no space for a suitcase (if you have a big one). The room was cramped and the entrance looked like you were entering a hostel. the room is small, with awful smell( like mixture of human urine and cigarette gas). the breakfast was simple. Bath only in room. Not ideal when sharing and needing to get ready to sight see :(. 1) The entrance is dark, scary and VERY uninviting 2) You had to go up stairs to reception. 3) The elevator was in between floors causing the need of stairs every time you were going & coming from your room. 4) The decor was plain and cheap. 5) The room Internet kept going out about every 5 minutes. 6) The room was way OVER priced at €85. It should be more like €35-40 7). The hotel is NOT 4 stars, but barely 2stars. The staff is rude. It does not know anything about the city and can't help with information. The facilities are poor. No double bed in the hotel although it is not according to their publishment.
