The stay was fantastic! We were astonished to get such spacious, two-floor apartments just for two of us. At first we even thought we were sharing it with another guests :-) The location could not be more central - just two steps from the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity, and a metro station is three minutes' walk from the apartments. all reviews » First of all, the location is perfect: in 2 minutes you can reach all the famous tourist place like charles bridge, old town square, and in less than 5 minutes walking you can reach shopping area, municipal house and nearly all the place for concert, black light theatre or others activities. The stuff is helpful and we got our room repaired before noon. They also helped us to book all kinds of tickets. The room is very romantic and has everything for cooking. Anyway, is a very nice choice if yo. Beautiful location in lovely old building right in old town.. Apartment was immaculate & clean. Staff very friendly and helpful..I Went to ask about where nearest shop to buy laundry powder and reception arranged for cleaner to wash all my clothes (full bag) for 200korunas (8€). The house keeper was so kind she hand washed all my delicate items folded and ironed too. The owners left me a welcome and departing gifts. Such a lovely place only problem was I couldn't stay longer.. And beautiful. Appartments are very cozy, ellegant and "homely", I felt very very good there) My favourite app.201 (2-Floor) - amazing!!! Defently recomended!. Apartments were beautiful, large, and appointed with modern furnishings. We traveled in a group with two young children and a dog, and they were completely accommodating. Location absolutely cannot be beat. There were four doors to get in and out, but this just provided additional security, which was welcome from our perspective. The recepcionist was very kind. The localization can't be better, is in the middle of the old town, near of everything. The apartment is great, has a little nice and the beds are big enough. Breakfast was good but in a back room. Apt was fairly generous size. The location is great, near of everything. It would be great if the apartments were equipped with a coffee machine. But it's not a big deal, really, given the numerous nearby cafes. I would suggest arriving earlier in day.. I arrived late due to issue with my train and it was dark when I arrived .Reception was shut and I wasn't sure of how to get in.. The hotel next door had my keys. The path to room was dark (I later found light switch!) And difficult to find the room. But nothing really.. It was a magical place and highlight if my Europe trip.. I will stay there next time!. I understand that it is for guests'safety, but it was a lot of locked doors for me) It was a little bit hard to come back home after all day walking (with boughts and cold fingers) to open day after day all doors to get to my appartments)) Also there were some problems with wi-fi connection (it was slow in the 1st floor, and it was no wi-fi at all - on the 2th floor)...but it can be fixed, I guess). There is no elevator which made 3 flights of stairs with a stroller a bit difficult, but other than that no complaints. 4 doors to open in the way out and back. Reception from 7 to 19, a set of keys - one per room. If hotel was not in such a convenient location - it would be a significant disadvantage, as well - a slight inconvenience. Need to lug bags up 2 flights, however this is standard for many places in Europe. The price was a little high, but really worth it because of the localization. Mattresses were very thin and not too comfortable, but the location and quality for the price made up for that. No lift and corridor lights not working sometimes in the night. You have to go through 3 doors to reach the apartment, sometimes in the dark. Our apartment lack a bit of sun light, the shower is over one step and there is only one plugs around the bed. Room temperature was very hot. Lighting at the front door was not good and hard to find the door lock. I arrived late at night but got in after a little while. But the rest perfect. The pillows! Can't get used to the european pillows - not just here but everywhere we went in Europe. You need to climb two stairways to the room and inside the room you need to climb one more to the bedroom. Bathroom sink does not drain well. The hot water became so hot that we had to be careful not to get burned. There are ants crawling near the kitchen. We found the bed mattress was so thin. no lift, i stayed at 3rd fl and my luggage was very big...but with all other benefits, this can really be ignored :). A very hard bed and extremely heavy bathroom door!. Noise in the street-facing rooms on party nights, no air conditioning. Pillows are not comfortable. I was asked to pay in advance and in cash. The maid forgot to leave some soap in the bathroom. They seemed more than anxious that I pay them. They wrote me a note which I read on first night. Then banges on my door next morning. Normally ppl usually pay on check out. Loudiness of sounds within the appartment. Quite a few gates to go through to get to the apartment but secure. it was not as luxurious as you would expect: the (single) beds were quite spartan with very thin matrasses and the white bed coverings were a little stained. The kitchen block and shower were placed a bit awkwardly and did not look very nice. The pictures make it look more romantic overall. The fact that you need to pass through 4 locks at night and the automatic light didn't work at the first entrance, made me feel a bit unheimisch the first night. Our roon103 felt like a dark stuffy cave. Only one window no air conditioning . Bed and pillow was not comfortable.... All the apts were different and maybe we got the dud one. Horrible bed and clean service one day I came back to my room and there was a mason repairing the walls and I couldn´t use it. I thing that this should be done when nobody was hosted.
