  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier.   Fantastic location, right in the middle of the city. Very easy to walk to main sightseeing locations. The Botel also has a car service you can purchase to pick you up from the airport which is very handy as Prague airport only has bus transfers or taxis. The rooms have a slightly dated décor but I think this adds to the charm of the hotel. - Good location, in walking distance to the main sights, clean room with a riverside view, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant, wi-fi was working even in the room (not far from the reception although), with secret deal excellent value for money.

  The hotel is close to Florenc station, a short 10 minutes walk. It is close to old town square and jewish quarter too, only a few minutes walk away. We booked a double and triple room (extra bed in a double room) and it was spacious. Bathroom was big too and room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was really good!!!   Room was nice, big and very clean. Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. There is metro station right opposite the hotel. 2 out of 3 metrolines stops there. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

  Amazing hotel, a little hard to find, but once there I parked the car and could walk everywhere I needed to go. Only 5 mintues from historic old town. The room was amazing and the beds were so comfortable that at times I did not even want to get up. Great breakfast buffet and the staff was very freindly. I felt safe the entire trip. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever experienced. The restaurant 'La Boca' was candle lit with good but not too attentive service. The food was fab - a meal for 2 was under £25. There was even a voucher in our room for free drinks in La Boca.

  Very large room with dining area. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a shower in a bath tub so you dont get the whole bathroom wet when you shower. The kitchenette is so large and well equiped we felt like it was a full kitchen. We loved the breakfast boxes delivered to us each evening. The kitchen has a boiling pot and coffees and teas are provided. - The location is perfect as well as the price. The Florens bus station is near so I could travel to Vienna and came back very late at night and felt safety. Pizzeria downstairs is also good enough, they have absolutely wonderful soups. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen with a fridge and a kettle is also useful if you want to safe money on food.

Many places are ease accessible by foot and trams and busses are within walking distance from the hotel.We could walk to many of the tourist attractions.The staff are helpful and caring and nothing is too much effort.
