Staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. It seems that it had been renovated recently. The price is reasonable for such good quality. I would choose it again if I go there again.

  This proved to be a very friendly place to stay and nothing was too much trouble! Restaurant recommendations were greatly appreciated especially as the first restaurant we tried (Konoba Matejuska) gave us such an excellent gluten-free meal we ate there again on the second night. The room was beautiful and what's more ,comfortable. The situation in the town of Split was just right, quiet etc. with plenty of good restaurants close by.   Ana was fantastic! On arrival she gave us a map of Split and pointed out local amenities and places of interest. She was really friendly and would answer any questions we had about the apartment/area, suggesting places to go and see. The room was spotlessly clean and HUGE. We were really lucky and managed to book in time to get the 1st floor room ... what people say » with the wonderful balcony - it's even better in real life than in the pictures! It was lovely to sit out on the balcony and eat breakfast in the morn - The location was awesome. The apartment was clean and the Wi-Fi worked without any problems. Very close to the center of the city and to the beaches. Ana gave us a map and marked some very nice places. Especially the recommended restaurants were very good! We stayed there because of the ultra music festival, which was also very close to the apartment. Thank you again and hope to see you next year!

  From start to finish Maja, the Reservations Manager, was lovely. She met us from the ferry, drove us to the edge of the Palace and then walked us to our apartment. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Although it is right in the centre, the windows are soundproof so it isn't noisy and the air con keeps it cool and is fantastically located ... what people say » for everything. Maja organised an airport transfer on our way back and was very helpful with places to eat during our stay. Overall a fantastic stay i - This is a well appointed centrally located room that gives you a taste of the authentic Split experience. This is not a hotel, so don't expected the faceless corporate hotel blandness. This is for the independent, motivated traveller hungry for a unique, once in a lifetime stay.
