Staff were amazing. I spent two nights at the Authentic Luxury in Split. The staff took the time to share the history of their home and were very helpful. Staff took great pride in their facilities. I will visit stay at the Authentic Luxury Rooms again during my next visit to Split. -

This proved to be a very friendly place to stay and nothing was too much trouble! Restaurant recommendations were greatly appreciated especially as the first restaurant we tried (Konoba Matejuska) gave us such an excellent gluten-free meal we ate there again on the second night. The situation in the town of Split was just right, quiet etc. with plenty of good restaurants close by. And ,for the icing on the cake, a magnificent day out on their sailing boat. The best possible choice to stay in Split! The location is just perfect (within 5 minute walk you can reach 3 of the best restaurants in Split, two of them with seaview). Boban is just 15 minute walk from the city center and 3 minute walk from the beach. It is situated in the beautiful and peaceful area.
But the most worth of the stay is facility and Boban restaurant - we stayed in the penthouse - beautiful rooms with amazing, spacious terrase. Cleaned every day. And breakfast was just deliciou

these newly built rooms located in a historic old apartment in the middle of split old town is ideal for these who want to be in the center of the city, we stayed in king size bedroom, it all looks relaxed and nice, the room is on the 3rd floor , the owner was helpful & carried one of the luggage upstairs

The service was brilliant. We were upgraded when we arrived as we arrived before checkin and our room was being cleaned. Then I was feeling ill from our catamaran journey and we were given coffee and some food to help settle my stomach. The room was super modern and had no complaints. The location was awesome. The apartment was clean and the Wi-Fi worked without any problems. Very close to the center of the city and to the beaches. Ana gave us a map and marked some very nice places. Especially the recommended restaurants were very good!
We stayed there because of the ultra music festival, which was also very close to the apartment.

From start to finish Maja, the Reservations Manager, was lovely. She met us from the ferry, drove us to the edge of the Palace and then walked us to our apartment.
