We were delighted with the apartment, it was spacious with a lovely balcony with views of the bay. The shower room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful providing us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, a lovely place to relax. Very high specification throughout. Modern, Spacious, bright with loads of storage space for clothes, toiletries and your suitcases. It was extremely quiet during day and night. Although it didn't bother us there are lots of steps up to property from promenade but its worth it.

Rarely in life does reality exceed expectations but our stay here was restful sitting on the terrace deck reading or just watching the sea. We spent 10 marvellous nights at Tija 1 in June/July. Location-wise these have to be one of the very best apartments in Cavtat. Not a huge hill to negotiate, very close to town and a beautiful view right across the bay to Dubrovnik. Maro, Sandra and their extended family made us so welcome. Very special people. Owners friendly and very helpful. Very well positioned above Cavtat town. Very spacious. Great views from the balcony. Only a 5 min walk down the hill to the town/sea front. 10 min walk back up the hill! Would definitely recommend it to others -
