Very hospitable staff: friendly, helpful, with the sense of urgency. Great food for reasonable price. Very clean, cosy and warm. Botanic garden is just in 5 min walk from the guest house. Great value for money. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Simferopol. Очень уютно, чисто, душевно, вкусно. Теплые полы, хорошие большие кровати, удобный с/у, хороший WF, никаких сквозняков. Очень хороший напор воды в душе, всё очень рационально, ничего лишнего.
