  My girlfriend and I stayed two nights. As other reviewers have noted the outside is under construction and the neighborhood may not be the nicest people are used to. But the couple that own the hotel are very nice and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Upon arrival they greeted us outside and gave us a choice of rooms.   Everything about my stay here for a week was awesome! I had read other comments on internet warning that this hotel's staff did not speak any English, but I had no problem, staff were very efficient, friendly, and language was not an issue. They take huge pride in the cleanliness of the hotel and all staff focus on efficiency...the grounds are as ... what people say » clean as the rooms..and the whole complex is in a locked compound..and unusually, you always leave your key at the desk on the way out, and press a bu - Staff were extremely helpful and would give extra service to further satisfy the customer. One example was when I asked if they could print my next hotel booking. They were happy to do so, but there printer was not working. The problem was solved by them printing at another hotel and bringing it over in person.

  Everything was excellent, especially location of this guest house. Stuff was very friendly and always helped me - for example, they gave me some bottles of water for free. The room with a small kitchen in there was pretty nice, nothing like soviet style :) - It is nice and clean place, it is within walking distance from the main station.
