The reception and check in is open until midnight, and I arrived very close to that time, but was greeted with a happy friendly smiling receptionist who provided me with plenty of cool water, which I needed after a long journey. The room was excellent quality, being clean, modern and tasteful. Breakfast in the morning was provided very quickly, and cooked fresh, this was bacon, eggs etc. I wasn't expecting much from Simferopol, but I was usrprised and may come again, if I do, I will stay here a.
all reviews » Stayed here overnight only for an early morning flight. Room and bed large & comfortable. No elevator - if you have luggage and an early departure consider ground floor room. Staff very helpful, even had some breakfast ready for us before usual time. WiFi worked. Recommended. Nice hotel in center of city close to park. Staff is very helpful and friendly with good English. Room was over 24 hour taxi office so had to keep windows closed but not a problem because rooms have air con. -No elevator, a minor problem to people with big luggage -Few tiny insects flying inside the room, but it seems to be common in Ukraine. They do not bite though. The location of the hotel was a bit hard to find at first. The staff had problems understanding English , the hotel did not offer much assistance with tourists , no city maps or tour operator connections .. Nothing. There is no restaurant in the hotel. No elevator, no shampoo nor shower gel in my room, no choice of meals for breakfast. Unkept rooms with a small and envenom prblms. The four days I stay there, my room was not clean not even once. I didn't like service, no conditioner - it didn't work when I was 26 of may 2013. There was no electricity in hotel from 10 A.M. Staff is not sufficient and one the stupid thing is that on Sunday there is no payment via credit card!!. No plug in wash basin, 2 single beds for a double, If I wanted a single I would have asked for one. Poor WiFi, kept disconnecting. No help with internet bookings, had to go to railway station to buy tickets. Only one member of staff was helpful.
