  I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly. More than any other place that we visited in china. Special thanks to jim. Make sure you ask for him because he is a very kind and helpful person - and extremely honest. Food was excellent. Service was excellent.   We booked a standard room in the Mercure and got an upgrade to a suite in the Grand Mercure which was fantastic! Couldn't fault anything at all. Pure luxury, room enormous, bed so comfy!! Highly recommended. - Nice hotel. Quite location in residential square with all Accor hotels nearby. Staff very efficiently, expecially we wish to thanks a lot Mr. Andy who gave us all necessary info's needed as well as train ticketing support.
