The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.

Superb location! My daughter and I had gone to a concert and the Rosedale is less than 2 blocks from the venue. Also, right next to all the shops on Robson, which my daughter really liked. When we arrived we learned that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor, which was very nice and quiet. On site parking at a reasonable day rate is another plus. The hotel is very easy to get to as well - especially important for me as I am not from Vancouver and do not like driving

The proximately to Granville Island markets and stores was really enjoyable and was easily accessed. We loved the food aand the pricing. The front desk staff was rude when we checked in as was the bellhop They just kept telling us how if we touched the fridge we would have to pay!!Maybe we looked like we couldnt afford a 5$ coke,Im not sure however the concierge staff was very helpful!And that made our expierence! -

I had a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor with amazing views on the moutains and the city. it was huge!!!
very kind and friendly staff in particular Tim.
I got a smile from everybody which is great nowadays.
