  Staff were very informative and helpful. Conceige desk was so very helpful and we had everything we needed on time as requested. We booked a rental car and they had it delivered exactly at the time we asked. Great location on the lake, lakeview was amazing! - The staff were couteous and thiughtful and always very helpful.   I travel a lot, and the staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call.   The front desk was amazing, I was abit freaked out about driving to Niagara Falls and they reassured me that it was going to be easy, they printed a map aand talk me through it. This saved me 75.00; staff = welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. I'm always hesitant to give reviews but for this hotel I had to, there's no reason to book anywhere else. - the hotel had the Westin 'feel' with all the personal touches you would expect in terms of service. It also had the advantage of having an outside pool which made it feel more of a 'leisure' hotel despite obviously being a popular business conference event destination. The concierge staff were extremely helpful, I liked the green initiatives that were in place in terms of housekeeping and there were a few good shopping malls within taxi distance - Fairview, Shops at Don Mills and Yorkdale
