  Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection. We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, bell... what people say » person was very nice and courteous ! - The property itself is very nice, with excellent decor and comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent "plus" for me. - close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.

  That we had room for my family and a friend - that it was so close to skytrain and lots of parking. The Buffet ran all day - changing with the times - and was delicious.   - I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

  We were upgraded at the hotel when we checked in to the Resort at River Rock, which was a nice surprise. My daughter loved staying in the hotel and loved the swimming pool and water slide. The train access was great with a short ride into the city. We didn't have a chance using other amenities and services with a short stay and most of our time sp... what people say » ent out of the hotel, but I would definitely book with The Hotel at River Rock. - The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was helpful and courteous.The beds were super comfortable with a touch of elegance. The pool and hot tub area was awesome!
