  Beautiful waterfront property with very nice rooms and an excellent staff. The spa was a true delight and the "Kunamokst" Native Indian Mural in the lobby is a unique awe inspiring piece of art! Connie the owner/manager is very hands on, and takes personal interest in the needs of her guests. They were very flexible and understanding with checking in and checking out since the ferry schedule was so off. The kitchen was amazing and we loved the outdoor grill and fireplace. The outdoor fireplace was the best part!

  Small hotel in the forest with lots of chalets, extremely comfortable beds, large rooms. Breakfast in the morning was very good and included complimentary. Price was very affordable. - Loved the location and the set up. Both Marianne and Rainer did a great job setting up the place.   Octant fill in the excellent spaces on my iPhone. I want fill then all in. This hotel should be rated a ten star. I have never been in a hotel where all the staff is Trained. I am in a business that does training and I know when staff is trained. This is really something from the past you font see anymore. Please let all the staff know that ... what people say » they all made a difference. I have already made many references for your hotel. I would like to keep it I secret for myself but I can't. Fantastic - Luxurious oasis overlooking the water...a restful pied-à-terre to discover Victoria and the Island. Our stay felt more like a visit to a friend's country manor. Wonderful dining options - fab chef! And the personnel is consistently friendly and helpful (thank you Caitlyn!) Will be 'our place' whenever on the Island.

  Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection. We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, bell... what people say » person was very nice and courteous ! - The property itself is very nice, with excellent decor and comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent "plus" for me. - close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.
