  Staff was very accomodating!! Had a mix up with booking (requiring 2 queen beds not one) but they fixed it right away and with no extra charge! Very impressed with staff!! Good breakfast! - The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edmonton. It was quite close to West Edmonton Mall as well... what people say » as a few smaller ones.

  The staff were wonderful, friendly & helpful. We had a good meal in the restaurant, breakfast in Hagar's cafe was good also. - good, friendly service, good food, good location.

  Comfortable room; good choice of cheap eateries in the vicinity. A good place to pass through, or as a base for day trips, but probably not good for long stays. - Price was excellent, the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were very average, but they were clean and well kept up.

  Value for money was good with nil significant concerns about the hotel's quality, service or appearance. Only hotel that had generator power when the Banff town power station went out due flooding. - -the staff was friendly -easy to park -nice breakfast (outside tables also available) -not on busy avenue, so not much noise around

  The price was great. Room was sufficient. Fairly clean. Fairly attractively decorated. Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet.
