  I can say that It is an authentic hotel fairmont network. The location (Lake Louise) is amazing. Very special place, a natural beauty unmatched. The room is prety good, with king superconfortavel bed. The hotel staff are super attentive, impeccable service. The food is very good, with great variety. If you've already plan to spend big money to stay in this hotel, I suggest you spend extra 100 to get a room with lake view. It's totally worth it. And you will have free wi-fi access if you register as a fairmont member. Just fill out an application form in the front desk. simple and easy.

  The room was very large, clean and cozy. The room had a fridge, two comfortable chairs and a dining table, which we could use for snack or breakfast, a very large desk and a chair, which we could use for a computer. We appreciated that they kept extra blankets in the drawers because we prefer to sleep with extra blankets in lower room temperatu... what people say » re. The room was warm - the air conditioning was very powerful and it warmed the room almost instantly. The staff was great - a few days before our - Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, kitchen, microwave... We've stayed at other places in Banff, and liked Irwin's the best. Most of the other places felt more like overpriced motel rooms, while Irwin's felt like a nice hotel. We got a great last minute deal on a room, and were pleasantly surprised by what a nice place it was. Also, pet fee was only $10.
