  I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out. I loved all the extra amenities: the fridge, the coffee maker, the newspaper and best of all the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel ov... what people say » erall. - I only stayed one night but I certainly enjoy the neatness and overall appearance of the room.

  Your hotel came highly recommended by a friend who was married there in sept of last year.We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back. The price of the room made it much easier for us to enjoy our weekend getaway and all the staff were so friendly. It is a beautiful hotel and we are considering having our wedding there when we set a date.... what people say » Thank you - The inn had good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. A choice of three restaurants, with an indoor courtyard and a very interesting fireplace in the middle. We used the laundry facilities, but did not get around to the spa - there were no prices for the spa in the information in the room. Last day on checkout there were two Elk across the street!

  The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. - The guest lounge that has big TV and sofas, wii for playing.
