  This quaint hotel is full of old world charm. We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was more than accomodating. We arrived before noon and had no problem checking in early with no additional cost involved which allowed us plenty of time to tour old Quebec which was only a 5-10 minute walk away.   Location! The hotel is in the old city and near the train station. Everything is within walking distance. The innkeeper is very helpful and makes a good breakfast! The hotel is old but with character. - Very helpful manager, humorous and bit eccentric but spent lots of time explaining where to go and how to get there.   Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. He waited while the car com... what people say » pany sent us a replacement rental, he helped us move our luggage, and he even tried to help us move the car from the snow. He was amazing. The staff w - The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.
