I was worried by some of the recent reviews, but my room was clean and
comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a hotel continental breakfast.
The staff was very pleasant and accommodating to our requests. -

I enjoyed use of the hot tub, though the hot tub could have been on a warmer temperature. Interestingly, maybe you folks up in Quebec can handle cold better than heat, I just left it at that. - The staff was very friendly, and the English speaking staff were eager to help the French speaking staff while communicating with us.

very convenient for visiting the old city, it was a 15 min bus ride away and it dropped you right at the old walls. Also lots of other ammenities close by ie. grocery store. - the junior suite was great, easy of access of the hotel located outside the old city, very quiet

We had the double bed room, which included a bar fridge and coffee maker. It was fairly small since it was just the one bed, but still enough for the both of us - especially considering it was only 50$ per night. The breakfast was good, a typical continental breakfast. The pool/hot tub/sauna were very clean and enjoyable. -

The Hotel was excellent. The room was designed very well and even had a computer in the room. There were plenty of power points to charge your phone. The bathroom was very modern with plenty of towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was great plenty of everything. The Hotel is situated about 15 minutes by car to the Old City of Quebec and there is plenty of parking available at a cost of $15 for the whole day. The hotel was extremely comfortable, a large room with a very comfortable king size bed. The lift to the second floor was a bonus. While close to the highways, there was no traffic noise - making it convenient to travel to the city or other destinations. fifteen minutes to reach the waterfall.
One of the hotel's reception staff was incredibly nice! In addition to the great service he offered us places worth seeing, issued us a map from Google and told us what time is best to visit everywhere.

The room was extremely clean. I did not feel afraid to walk around barefoot in the room (being new helped).
We had a power failure that lasted over 2 hours. It would have been nice to have emergency safety lights in the rooms.
The breakfast had much to be desired. An addition of at least cerial would have been nice.
Fix those issues and the hotel would have been the best in every respect.
