  The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! - The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

  The room was just beautiful in every way, very large with plenty of drawers, wardrobe, large comfortable bed, desk, large flat screen TV, excellent bathroom with shower over bath. Lovely decor. There is a bar/restaurant which is also fabulous with trendy decor and delicious food. Since we are walkers, wethought we would be able to walk to the tourist areas we wanted tovisit.   Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time .
