The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful to us regarding the city bus route to take into the city. The bus took 25 minutes and ran so frequently that there was never a long wait. The staff graciously spoke English with us, since our French is minimal. Underground parking was free and secure ( if a tight squeeze for ... what people say » a minivan!). The little café next door had a good selection of breakfast or lunch items we could eat there or take with us. - The rooms had balconies which I love...being a bit claustrophobic, I don't like places where you can't even open a window, so a balcony was a treat...just sit out, enjoy a glass of wine and take in some fresh air and whatever view you have. (we could see the mountains in the distance)
