  The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!

  We liked everything about the hotel except the location. It wasadvertised as being near the town center. Since we are walkers, wethought we would be able to walk to the tourist areas we wanted tovisit. The hotel is located in an industrial area; anyone staying herewould definitely need a car if going to the tourist parts of the city.Parking is a ch... what people say » allenge and expensive. - We were upgraded to a King executive suite for free. The staff was veryfriendly and helpful. They gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolatesfor our honeymoon. We loved the jacuzzi and the fireplace. The room washuge! The continental beakfast was very good.
