What people say
I liked the location. Right next to a great Japanese Restaurant. On Fallsview road it had access to 2 stores and at the end of the road, a host of restaurants and night life. It was also a nice walk to the Falls by far then taking anything other budget hotel/motel on Lundy's lane.
Free parking which is not always found and we were allowed to keep our car in the parking lot the following day even though we already checked out which is not acceptable at other hotels until past 14:00. all reviews »
Value for money, this place is tops, free internet, free phone calls and I wonder if its the only place in Niagara Falls that does not charge for Parking. Good location, Have stayed here severaly times and told my relatives about it and they have stay a few times too. I would not even try any where else on less the Fairway was full.
The front desk staff was very pleasant and accomodating whenever we asked for anything, including a blow dryer for our hair. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There were chairs outside the doors for sitting and the pool was nice. For the price, we would definitely stay there again because it is clean and close to everything.
Large room, vanity room and bathroom. Very clean with hardwood floors. Two club chairs for relaxing and a refrigerator and table & chairs. Free Internet WIFI and telephone calls within Canada and U.S. Close to restaurants and walking distance to Falls. Excellent value for the money!.
The closeness to the falls and other attractions and the price should
put the fact that they are very close to the falls and other attractions
staff very helpful friendly and accommodation will stay there again just
parked the car on Sunday and enjoyed our stay.
It's value for money. Good location, within walking distance to many attractions.Location was quiet too, unlike at Clifton Hill. Overall acceptably comfortable if you're planning to spend most time outdoors and just need the room to sleep in.
The price was right, the staff was very polite, The room was big, and clean. TV, telephone, wifi. for its price they did they most they could. Location was a big advantage. I would stay there again if it is for the same price.
The room was sparse but comfortable. It did have a mini fridge which came in handy. It wasn't pristine, but definitely better than comparable motels in the area. The staff are super friendly and the pool was sparkling clean.
We liked the price, the huge very comfy king sized bed, we could open the window for fresh air, nice staff, laminate floor rather than carpet, small fridge, phone with endless long distance, location.
Mandy was very friendly & tried very hard to be accommodating, which she was. Also, I liked the fact that I was able to sit just outside the room on the chairs provided to enjoy my pipe.
The owners were very nice and the place was very clean and the hard wood floors were nice. It is simple but very very close to everything. It is quiet which I also liked.
The staff/owners were super friendly and helpful, the place was perfectly located to allow getting around on foot, and it cannot be beaten for value for money.
Spacious room (love the no-carpet "wood" floor), easy walk to the falls, friendly and customer-focused staff, great price.
Excellent Motel in prime locatlity, easy access to Blue line and red line busses, friendly staff, huge and clean rooms.
Very accommodating!
Had many requests ( hair dryer and wine bottle opener) which they hand delivered when we called.
It was easy to find and great for getting around Niagara Falls and area.
The night was quiet and disturbed.
Convenient parking, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, clean linens and towels. Chairs and table functional.
Very helpful and friendly staff
Lots of towels
Very clean
Very close to the fall and main attractions.
Was friendly staff free calling in us and canada except for Alaska and
Hawaii was a huge plus.
Very helpful and polite staff. Free parking and wifi. Good for budget travellers with cars.
Everything was as expected for the price paid. Courteous staff, all clean, good location.
the hotel is cheap and very close to the falls and to the main attraction in town.
Big room, comfortable bed, pretty close to the Falls, I strongly recommend it!.
Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Good location.Quiet and nice pool.
The staff is wonderful, the facility is clean and the location is perfect.
very friendly personel at the reception, very good location, free parking.
Clean and was ok for short stay -looks like they are trying to fix it up.
close to the fall and the key place you want to go. the staff is nice.
Staff were excellent. very accommodating and nothing too much trouble.
The staff who are working in was very kind. The price was reasonable.
Room was very clean. Staff was exceptional. Pool was spotless.

Great location,.
Awww, the good.......... The location is excellent and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do on the trip. The room was very large and clean which is always important.
Fairly close to everything. Could just park and walk. Friendly staff. Did clean and turn down the beds daily. Overall good price for what you get. And the fridge was an added bonus!.
It was within my budget and close enough to the hubbub of the town but far enough away from it so it was quiet at night.
I didn`t like that there was no hot water boiler but I didn`t try asking for one since I didn`t need one. The TV was old and a few channels only but that is if you really care about that. The place really needs some work in renovations. Making it more clean and in one corner of the room behind a chair by the window I found dirt and old cob web. I would say the room cleaners should pay more attention to cleansiness.
They did not have a hair dryer, which I am use to in hotels, so I did not bring mine. Maybe they had one in the office, I did not check on that. Thats all.
It is not luxury, but we knew this before we went. The room we had does need a complete face lift ,but it was very clean. There were enough towels and face cloths, but they are very very thin.
You could hear doors closing and water running in other rooms and the stopper in the bathroom sink did not work. Walls were plain with no pictures.
Lack of food access and the lack of directions to food problem of
finding the fairway inn from the American border map was no help would
of use alterative border closing.
Will be good if the rooms can receive some new refurbishing ie new curtains.
A little bit of more room freshener would have made it perfect. They can have some sprays on standby.
No hair dryer, no coffee machine, no hooks/towel bar within reach of the shower. The soap and shampoo packages were almost impossible to open. Instead of TV and TV cupboard, spend money on the small things that make a stay a nice one. Nobody in their right mind spends Niagara Falls holiday time watching TV!!.
The only gripe would be about the bed: The mattress cover was quite noisy when one moved in bed, and it sank rather in the middle meaning we kept rolling into each other during the night. That said, they are in the process of renewing furniture in some rooms and so possibly that bed will be gone soon.
Property is rather dated, and some repairs are a bit slipshod.
Television was old and burped out static every 10 minutes. Room decor was minimal.
Spartan decor
Worn off furniture
Squeaky bed
Sluggish WIFI.
Found double bed to small for two people think queens would be better
choice next time.
Had to carry our heavy luggages up the stairs (2nd floor walk up).
Nothing.
internet connection was relatively low.
The room could do with some renovating. The pictures online must of been when it was frist opened.Expected the room to look like that when i got there.
not so comfortable room but good relation quality/price.
Bathroom fixtures need replacing.
The fan in the washroom is so noisy. need to close the door while sleep.
the only thing that would have been better for us was we would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We didn't expect to get free supplies but would have liked a kettle.
I know the inn was very cheap than usual price but there was some small by such as dust I don't what it is exactly.
No ice machine.
old furniture.
The furniture is old.
old rooms , not a picture on the wall and carpets should have been removed 10 years ago...
You can hear people waking around above your room.
needs coffee closer.
Room smelled like smoke a little. Shower leeked all over floor in bathroom.
the shower controls were complicated.
A bit run down. Rooms could do to provide extra blankets.
Not updated at all but it was comfy.
Tired, needs refurb, poor tv choice of channels.
Peeling paint.
The old saying is, you pay for what you get. The motel is very dated and in need of sime repair. We stayed for one cold December evening as the baseboard heaters do not work very well in the room.
The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked but it was mostly just wear and tear.
The office was closed when I went to check out, so I hope I wasn't charged extra. I left my room key in the keys box by the office.
