  I was very hesitant since I have never stayed at this Best Western before but we were very impressed. It was clean and very neat. We loved the balcony. It is really close to the falls like they say, and a ton of restaurants. It is right across the street from the IMAX theatre. Anything further away is a very easy, quick bus ride which stop ri... what people say » ght outside the door. We parked our car on the Saturday afternoon and didn't have to move it until check out the next afternoon. - The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet. I never heard plumbing noises, people talking in the hallway. We were right across from the elevator and never heard people coming and going. We heard no cars or motorcycles starting up in the morning either. Very quiet. I also like fact that they allow dogs and appaently other pets as well. That is very nice to know for the future. They seem to cater to pets and really like them. Esp. dogs. :)

Booked online and it is exactly how the pics are online but better we absolutly loved this hotel we are defiantly going to make that our hotel of first choice . We go to Niagara Falls often and hard to choose a hotel without paying big bucks this one is affordable we got it at 99 a night online and the hotel is stunning clean and everyone is friendly defiantly coming back soon:) Thank you for a great experience I'll make sure to pass it on to everyone I know

  I was travelling with a friend who has severe mobility issues,so I inquired about renting a wheelchair from the hotel. They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. We will return for sure, in large part because each member of staff we encountered went out of his/her way to be courteous a - The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Ex- they held onto our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well - check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between romance, luxury and city trip.

  I liked that it was close to everything. The price was good. I liked they had a pool would have brought our bathing suits but weren't told they had one - Rooms were clean. Price of $75 was good for August. Close to Clifton Hill.

  The pool was never crowded with kids. You could relax in quiet. Clean close to elevators. Close to falls and activities. Lots of parking. - Within walking distance to most attractions. Good Continental breakfast.
