Clean, room with working fireplace, laundry, spa on site, good furniture to relax and watch tv/fireplace. Beautiful mountain drive and close to Yoho park attractions. Great value for a large room with two queen beds. Clean, comfortable and quiet. it was very comfortable ,good location ,staff was very helpful. Mountain view in the back. Reasonable rate. Loved the price and location.

Shower was barely warm enough to stand in, and no one in office to take any complaints in the morning. Beds were horrible. Hard, uncomfortable. Tv barely worked, only cleaned the room once in the 3 days we were there and "cleaning" consisted if making the bed and nothing else. Pictures online look way better than the actual dump of a motel. We also paid more by booking online than what they had advertised when we got there. That pissed me off especially since it was a total dive. Spend the extra money and stay anywhere else. At least it didn't have bed bugs. Had to ask for cleaning supplies to self clean the bath tub as staff was too busy to help. Unprofessional attire of reception staff. Singlets just don't cut it! Room had not been vacuumed. Two towels supplied for 3 guests - no service available at all "after hours". Rooms were not clean. Coffee machine was still dirty from previous stay. Phone and alarm clocks did not work. Air conditioning was not working in either room. Carpets very stained and dirty. Toilet in one room did not flush but had to be done manually by lifting tank lid. Bathtub drain was very clogged. Upon checkout at approx 830 am no one was in the office to lodge complaints with. This motel is on its last legs. Rooms filthy,not cleaned daily. Staff lazy. Rooms not updated. I would not even recommend this motel to someone I disliked. Very poor quality for money. Hot Tub advertised - but not available & was tired and looking forward to a relaxing rest after a long trip. Rooms were not very clean, air conditioner did not work, wifi had a poor signal and was turned off late at night and not turned back on in the am spa was not operational. The bathroom was leaking rain and the paint job of the room was horribly done.
