  friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - excellent customer service! - interested in their customers needs and opinions; very clean, good room setup, kitchen, fresh air!!!, secure parking, laundry room, even the floor -warm - I liked the fact the rooms had ammendies not often found in hotels. There was a fridge, microwave, and a double-burn... what people say » er. Good for budget-conscientious traveller.

  Everyone was very kind and helpful. Your staff is awesome even if it is exam time. The food was much better than I remember university meals. Unfortunately I raved to many other vendors at the craft fair about how wonderful our experience was. I may have to make next year's reservations many months ahead. The fair was in the Butterdome so locati... what people say » on was perfect. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the top of the SUB. A great 4 days. Thank you. We will be back. - The location is very good... Close to trains and bus, in the middle of the u of Alberta... Great value for money !!!
