  I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out.   Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have. Mall (a very scenic drive). Buffet breakfast was good (included) and the staff were friendly and helpful. You would be a fool to stay anywhere else and pay more money.

  One of the better hotels I had encountered during my trip through western Canada. What I mostly will remember is the friendly staff. For larger hotels rather rare these days. They also have an excellent rotating restaurant on the top floor, which provides some nice views from Edmonton along the North Saskatchewan river. - The lobby was beautiful,... what people say » staff were helpful and friendly.   The room was immaculate. It had a beautiful four person jaccuzzi tub that was a wonderful romantic addition to our stay. The room was so large and had a the biggest flat screen tv we have ever seen in a hotel. We decided to watch a movie in our hotel instead of at the theatre downstairs because the bed was so cozy and the tv offered us the ability... what people say » to watch movies that were still in theatres. It was fabulous. The hotel was attached to the mall, and nice restaurants stayed open until after midnig - I stayed there with my sister. We took a couple of days off work to get away from everyday life. We started to relax as soon as we got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly andrespectful. We loved that we could park in a safe place, and carry our bags to our roome anytime. L2 restaurant was also very good. We just really enjoyed our stay.

  Initially we thought that this would be a downgrade from our stay at the Banff and Jasper resorts but we were surprised that the interior décor and settings were quite modern. The beds and the comforters were the most comfortable ones among my 8 days stay in Alberta (we had stayed in 7 different hotels during this trip). Very close to the West Edmont - Grandad with daughter and grandson. Beds comfy, clean, ac very good. Very short walk to Mall. WiFi free but you need to get codes from front desk each day but they gave me days ahead. We extended our stay with no problems even though hotel was very full.

  The beds were comfortable. I love Best Western pillows. There was coffee in the room and a nice sized TV. Close to lots of shopping, including the West Edmonton Mall. - I was only here for one night so I didn't do much at the hotel, but the bed (king) was very comfortable and the room was big.
