Very nice hotel right in the heart of Edmonton, the chop restaraunt was very good, with very friendly staff, all in all, pleasant stay, would recommend to others, thanks for keeping a clean hotel. View from 24th floor is amazing. Small rooms but very cozy and clean. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable, nice bed. Comfortable beds-very clean -pleasing decor- nice/funny staff.

The Chop restaurant is a nice added touch. the staff was friendly and very helpful. Swimming poor and hottub . Nice beds. We thought the Front desk and doorman were excellent and would try their best to help you. Especially when I brought down the used condom box to them and also when I advised them of lack of towels and bath mat etc. Hot tub was the perfect temperature and the beds make you never want to leave. Verg confortable and located near shopping mall. Great restaurant called CHOPS. Location. Not much. downtown location, good steakhouse in hotel. Hotel is part of shopping mall. Chop restaurant. family time. Just the staffing on the front desk not too friendly, and wasn't happy about them taking almost eight hundred dollars, from my credit card, even though was returned, and the parking charges 26:00 dollars per night!!. The renovations next door were disruptive to the conference I was attending at the hotel. the extra cost for parking. Most costly hotel I have stayed in. No Starbucks and no gift shop open yet. rude hotel guests. paying for local calls and for parking, staying in the hotel both should have been free. The hotel desk did not have our reservation on the system from you. And the hotel was full. Fortunately the staff went to their central reservation Center and was able to locate it using letsbookhotel.com. I don't know whose problem this was either Sutton Place or yours but it took an hour to sort it out. I really appreciated the staffs effort to resolve the issue. Them asking me to purchase toothpaste!!! It is complimentary in nearly all 4 star hotels. Housekeeping... we found a used box of trojan condoms in our closet and had to call for extra towels on the Saturday and were without face cloths and a bath mat. Also when the bed was made they threw my nightgown on the floor and left it there which I found to be quite disgusting, as one never knows when was on the floor. No compensation was given for our inconvenience. Staff walks into your room while you are naked and doesn't offer any kind of service to am end breaking your right to privacy. Managers did not return calls, but hey, they comped me my outrageously priced parking pass of $26, so that must make up for everything right? I think not!!. A clerk's ettitude is not good. An extra $100.00 in charges (taxes)compared to the quoted charge from bookings.com. No spare towels in the room. We only had two towels. No spare pillows in room. No spare blankets in room. We were booked into a king bed and our room had two double beds. All in all, very disappointed for money spent. Elevators were not working from the garage. The charge for parking is riduclous. Last year when I was there you were going through renovations, still going through more of the same. Room not that clean and poor quality bed. Dated and needs refreshing. No breakfast included in the price. I stayed in a deluxe king room but it wasn't any better than a regular king room at your average holiday inn. I thought this hotel was supposed to be a little more high class. Also the room didn't have a refrigerator, you would think one of those would be in a deluxe room. lobby is shabby looking and not real clean. The room we had was old and tired. In need of an update. No gift shop/convenience store on the property. Plain room was very expensive. Front desk staff. overrated. I booked a king room and when I got there they had given away my room. Yes I was given a discounted rate on a double queen bed room but I won't be staying there again unless I have no other choice. Staff was rude and dscriminating and keeped chargung us diffrent costs everyday will never stay there not impresed. I find the front desk staff very rude, unfriendly and not helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was not clean and the linens were dreadful - the staff were matter of fact and did little to make me feel welcome. I will never stay there again and I will be sure to post a travel advisory to ensure others are aware of your poor service.
