staff were excellent, especially as there were issues with the visa card machine upon checkout. They helped find a solution and were fantastic. Breakfast excellent. Staff spoke really good english and were very helpful. -

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in my life so far. First and foremost the staff needs a remark for their outstanding warmth and friendliness. We felt so welcome from the first smile when we got picked up in the airport, till the last goodbye when we left.

I loved the Shinta Mani in every aspect especially the amazingly attentive staff who were always so incredibly gracious. Anticipated everything with a big smile ! This was my best hotel experience ever! The owner, Jeff, met me personally as I arrived to offer a welcome drink and inquire about my plans. He helped me organize my whole stay according to my taste and his extremely well-informed insights about the area. I wasn't a typical Siem Reap visitor, as I only stayed one night as a layover for my flight to Sihanoukville. However, one night is enough to realize the hospitality and friendly management of the place. The location is also a big plus, literally 10 minutes after your plane has landed, you are in your hotel room. It's conveniently close to the air
