  We booked a room for 3 (1 single bed & 1 double bed). Apparently they just renovated the hotel so we got the room on the new building. It was a huge room with large comfy bed. The bathroom was good. It was our first visit to Cambodia and Mr Rina, the manager, did everything he could to help us - organised a river trip, a tuk-tuk tour of the town, and a (very good) driver to take us on to Battambang.   We arrived following a 3 day trip on buses and boats, so the arrival drink and cool towel was a welcome start to this relaxing hotel. The room was amazing, plenty of space in both the bedroom area and bathroom, including complimentary drinks. It was my partner's birthday during our stay and although I'd emailed ahead and requested a small birthday... what people say » cake, I didn't honestly expect anything to happen, however, he was greeted with a birthday card from the hotel, and an amazing cake was delivered to - A beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms but let down by the noise from the rooms above....from early evening throughout the night and again morning. Stayed 4 nights and each night was spoilt by heavy stomping feet above, scraping furniture and echoing movement. Maybe carpet is needed? I emailed in advance to ask for a high room but was given 2nd floor. I questioned this during the booking in process but was told that there were no rooms (suites) available on higher level floors. It's sad as it
