Great staff, very welcoming. Clean and safe hotel, Close to the main bar / restaurant street -15 min walk or $1 in a Tuk Tuk. Always 2 or 3 Tuk Tuk parked outside. The hotel sorted out our onward journey to Saigon without an issue. Staff speak good English. Breakfast was good - nicely cooked. The suite is really spacious and has a nice balcony. The room was HUGE thanks in part to them upgrading us to a suite. Everything is very new and nicely thought out - the design of the place is very tasteful, a mix of modern and traditional. Well located near the riverside and very cheap to get about... their in-house tuk tuk guy was really friendly and always on hand.

Rooms were spacious and clean.Location not too far from center of city and is situated on a not too busy road. The high walls around this bunglow- like hotel, gave extra privicy for the guests. Large room with an attached large and modern bathroon. In-room safe. Large selection of channels on the modern TV. Nice location just far enough away from the rowdy area but close to a number of attractions. Quiet street. Nice little hotel in a quiet street. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Nothing, thought the hotel was really good and great value for money. The breakfast isn't great. They use solar to heat the water apparently and as we'd had 2-3 cloudy days we hardly had any hot water... this wouldn't have been much of an issue if the room didn't come with an amazing looking bathtub!. Our van driver could not locate the hotel as the hotel signboard was not that big.We passed the location 4 times before locating it. The price is now getting too high for this part of the world and the service standards during breakfast have deteriorated since my stay here last year. Variable water pressure results in variable shower temperature. A little bit far out of town but it was very good value for money. Nothing. We found it a little difficult to communicate with the staff because they could not speak English unlike the people in Siem Reap. After cloudy days we could not have hot water in the bathroom as they use solar system. breakfast. Shower was always cold. the y should have a bigger hot water tank. Bed a little hard. Noise from Kindergarten school in daytime next door. Location of hotel is in downtown area, better area is riverside which cost 2$ to get to in tuk-tuk. Breakfast pretty basic. The one way FREE airport collection is only for on arrival, & not departure. Majority of the staff have bad English command. Something has been stolen but the manager, who doesn't speak proper English, never gets back to me regarding the finding of his investigation. With a "do not disturb" sign, someone will know at your door at 9am asking to clean your room. However, when I went out at 9am for a meeting and came back at 4pm, the room is not cleaned yet.
