Of course the location is very convenient. All important and interesting points are reachable by walking or short tuk-tuk ride. Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, you will not find everywhere. Room and bed are comfortable. The inside corridor rooms are very quiet from street noise. Good value for money. Perfect location as it was literally beside Royal Palace and National Museum and very near the river where there are lots of choices of inexpensive foods. Staff friendly, very c lean and comfortable rooms for the price.

Close to all the attractions - museum, palace, riverside. Good budget hotel. The location was great, right next to the Royal Palace and close to the river. When I asked to change to a quieter room after my first night, they did this straight away and cleaned the new room while I waited. Excellent location - a short walk from palace, riverfront (bars & restaurants) and museum. Clean, well presented hotel & rooms with decent breakfast included and staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very good, close to the Palace and only a few moments walk to the river. Good facilities and helpful staff. Good breakfasts included. Overall great value!. It is near the riverfront. The manager is kind and he attended to the problems we had with the hotel. He even apologized for not picking us up at the bus station. Perfect location, rooms on 3rd floor have fantastic view by night over the Palace, small room but well equiped (flat screen tv and water boiler), friendly staff. Breakfast not buffet but enough for one person. The mattress in the 2nd room was really hard and not very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't great. At first we had an argument with the hotel staff and they can't resolve the problem right away. We requested our room on the first floor but they gave us a room on the 2nd floor.the stairs are too steep. But the following day, the manager was able to resolve the problem.they changed our room on the 1st floor. One more,their breakfast is a bit late. 7am is too late if you have an early trip. It wasn't a problem for me but there is no lift and the stairs were quite narrow. The hotel/restaurant next door, noise was ok but they played the same music over and over and over, in particular, "happy birthday"!. The staff were really friendly, but I would say that the management need to concentrate on training. breakfast was not ready at the hour that I would get up and go out at and that is the least of my worries!. Noise from street was pretty loud. Tuk tuk drivers out front watch you while you eat, walk down the stairs, or sit on the patio. A little too aggressive. if have set up buffet breakfast is better. Internet was very slow and the English of some of the staff was quite poor but just about manageable. Complicated shower set up. TV located over on far wall, nowhere to view except in bed on an angle as room too small for chairs. Our room was located on the third floor. The steps were narrow and quite steep but I had a luck, because a guy from staff took my backpack. :). Like many PP buildings, the stairway access was confusing. Too small rooms, a little bit noisy. Half rooms don't have window. Another half have windows in walking area. Didn't,t get welcome drink and we didn't have a balcony as stated. Limited breakfast. Breakfast wasnt very great and there are a lot of stairs to reach the rooms... Not a big deal !. a bit scarce breakfast. Price of replacement items for the refrigerator were high. breakfast very small. No lift. Wifi works not... It is not managed by people who like doing hotel business. It can be noisy too (outside). Do not expect something extra. It is not really bad for the money. I can recommend it if your budget is low. Door was pretty dodgy - looked easy to break open. Safe in room was bolted down. Simple bathroom. Staff very helpful but a little pushy to sell tours and trips to airport before even getting into the room. Sink was blocked but that happens. As always, opt for a Cambodia breakfast. Other ones suck. Room was pretty small. Air-con poured water down the internal walls - not a good look. Staff were generally disinterested Laundry came back damp, but sealed in a bag so smelled pretty musty. Rooms are quite small but ok. 3 flights of stairs got exhausting in the heat. basically silly 1st world problems that you just get over. 1. No chair on the room 2. no hangers in the rooms 3. no hangers in the bathroom 4. shower water pressure is too weak 5. faulty electrical outlets 6. towels too small and old 7. shampoo and shower gel bad or non-existent. If you are going to provide a safe, Secure it to the room. Thiefs can and will steal the safe if it is loose. no lifts!. Only one little tiny soap for 2 people. Forget the included breakfast. Coffee has a horrible taste, orange juice is not even better, a mix of artificial color and flavor. Most of the things from the breakfast menu were missing. Some of the things this hotel write it has, like bath, don't exist. I don't recommend about this hotel. Not enouch restaurant space for breakfast and so so staff. Basic room, minimal contents, no safe deposit box, electrical sockets in odd positions. Hotel tries each time to give small room even having booked superior..this was third booking and they tried each time. Staff rude and a bit obnoxious, asked to check on faulty air con was laughed at and told to go to room and someone would come, twenty mins later still no sign so went back to reception to see same four employees sitting having a chat, got scolded for coming back down and finally some one reluctantly came to fix the air con. Easy goin traveller so not easily bugged but they're attitude to customers was poor. Poor wifi. Breakfast very limited. Noisy due to traffic ++ outside hotel. Spider web is everywhere, and staff don't even bother to clean it up. bathroom door is not working, poorly design room, it's almost a total mess. stay here only if you don't have any other option. Power-off from midnight.We stay in stage 3.The power in the hotel went down one floor by one floor.It is so unbelievable that we changed our room for 3 times in the late evening because of the heat caused by the unworking air-conditioner.Totally I slept for less than 4 hours in that night.Horrible!!. 1 rat in the kitchen. poor&bad breakfast. room facilities very old. employee dont helpful. location is bad, street is a very crowed and in the night time dangerous.
