The location is perfect as it is right next to the canal with the Church of Our Lady right across from the canal. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included is brill - Charming, exquisite building and interior decor, full of character. Set in an attractive, quiet location which is central to everything we wanted to do in Bruges. Our room shared that same romantic feel as the rest of the building and contained everything we needed + more. Breakfast was a delightful experience in itself - well presented, fresh, high quality foods with an amazing window view while we ate. The accommodation has been newly built in a residential area as a B&B business in the countryside and is clean, comfortable and fit for purpose. Overall the facilities are very highly highly commended. - The Aphrodite B& B was of 5 star standard with spacious rooms furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The host Heidi & Dirk were superb and most welcoming. The breakfasts were wonderful and would keep us going for the day. We would definitely stay there again. Ideally located for Ieper and the battlefields of the First World War. Dirk is a first class guide to the area.
